WHERE ARE YOUR SHOP LOCATED?

Currently we only sell our products through web store : iwearwoopwoop.bigcartel.com

WHAT KIND OF SHIRTS ARE YOU USING?

We’re currently using Gildan Premium Cotton [180gsm, unisex, asian cutting] for our shirts. Suitable for warm/hot weather and nice fitting as well.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Currently we only ship our products to certain part of the world but we can always work something out. Email us : iwearwoopwoop@gmail.com

HOW LONG TILL I RECEIVE MY SHIRT?

All your orders will be shipped out within five working days as all the products are handmade after your order have been submitted.
For local orders : Please allow up to one working week for your shirt to arrive.
For international orders : Please allow up to three working weeks for your shirt to arrive.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes you can within 24 hours after your order has been submitted. Just email us : iwearwoopwoop@gmail.com

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND?

No, unfortunately you cannot return your item for a refund but we do offer an exchange service if you meet any of the requirements :

1]  An exchange must be within one week ( local orders ) and three weeks ( international order ) after we have posted you the item.

2]  The exchange item must be of the same value of the return item and must be in stock at the current time. While the return item must be in the same condition as when we posted it out.

3]  We ask that you cover all postal charges.

4]  If you do not meet any of the requirements, we are within our rights to deny any exchange to be made.
